FJ80 80 Series Cummins Fan Hub Bracket Weldment Conversion Land Cruiser

  

This is a Cummins Fan Hub Bracket that was fabricated for an FJ80 80 Series Toyota Land Cruiser 6BT conversion but can be used for other applications. This bracket will get the cummins fan centered on the Land Cruiser radiator. The bracket is a three piece weldment made up of laser cut steel and machined DOM tubing.

Tight tolerances were controlled on the ID to ensure a good press fit with the hub bearing (2.5 OD bearing). All pieces are welded together in a jig and allowed to cool before removing. The orientation of the mounting face to hub centerline are held to.
