NOW I BRING TO YOU A TRUE OEM REPLACEMENT THAT WORKS AND HAS THE ROLLER BEARING ON THE FAN LOAD SIDE, WHICH INSURES THE BEARING TO NOT GET HOT AND EXPLODE OR SHEAR DO TO THE LOAD OF THE FAN. THIS IS A HEAVY LOAD ROLLER BEARING FOR THE G-FORCES PUT AGAINST IT FROM THE FAN.
